Sole is something we recommend to take your hydration to the next level. Tap water is filtered of all the nasty stuff. Unfortunately, the filtration removes all the beneficial minerals as well. Sole is water that has been fully saturated with natural salt. The minerals in the salt are what make us feel hydrated! If you drink tons of water all day and still feel thirsty, this is the electrolyte boost you need!

Make Sole by adding celtic sea salt or himalayan sea salt to a glass jar. Do not use regular table salt! Fill 1/4-1/3 of the way full with the sea salt of your choice. Fill jar the rest of the way with water. Shake it up and let it sit overnight so that salt can completely dissolve into the water.

If salt remains in the bottom of the jar after it sits overnight, this is a good sign. It indicates that the water has been completely saturated with the salt.

Each morning, shake your sole and add 1/2-1 tsp of sole mixed with water. I recommend starting slow with 1/2 tsp and working your way up. I like to add warm water and lemon! Works best if you drink on an empty stomach, first thing every morning.
