Sole Water for Hydration and Health

Sole is something we recommend often to take your hydration to the next level. Tap water is filtered of all the nasty stuff. Unfortunately, the filtration removes all the beneficial minerals like magnesium, potassium and sodium as well. Sole is water that has been fully saturated with natural salt. The minerals in the salt are what hydrate our bodies on a cellular level! If you drink tons of water all day and still feel thirsty, this is the electrolyte boost you need!

Make Sole by adding salt to a glass jar. Fill 1/4-1/3 of the way full. Fill jar the rest of the way with water. Shake it up and let it sit overnight. Each morning, drink 1/2 to 1 tsp of sole mixed with water. I recommend starting slow with 1/2 tsp and working your way up. I like to add warm water and lemon to boost my digestion even more!
